How Qute & Dainty began.
Qute & Dainty Decorations birthed from a place of love and the expression of my creative side. What started as planning events for my parents and family, then fully designing the decor for my graduation party, has turned into a full blown business that lets me share my creativity with the world, put a smile on my clients' faces, and make their events memorable.
I love what I do genuinely, and it shows every step of the way. Every event is filled with intentionality, creativity and purpose. That is what we uphold.
A few things about me, in my own words.
Who am I
I've always been a creative since I was young. If I wasn't painting, I was selling clothes or being a makeup artist while in school, or managing a jewelry business while being a full time lawyer.
Why I started Qute & Dainty
I was encouraged by a family member who attended my graduation party. After deep thought and immense support from family and friends, I styled my first event in July 2024.
Why the name
It was coined by my sister and I when I started my jewelry business. It just resonated with who I am as a person. Swapping the C in Cute was a no brainer, the name had to be unique. It stuck, and I carried it into my decor business because I genuinely provide Qute and Dainty decor.
Do clients ever challenge me
Honestly, I love a good challenge. Sign me up for anything unique and mind blowing and I am ready to deliver a hundred percent while adding my own twist to it.
Favourite colours
Pink and purple. You can definitely tell from the colours on the website and in my logo.
One thing about me
I pay deep attention to details. I would call myself a perfectionist when it comes to my decor and design, so rest assured, you are getting nothing but my best and beyond.
